We are a team of bookkeeping experts with many years of experience, supporting businesses from one-person companies to around 150 employees. Most of our work is ongoing bookkeeping and payroll; on top of that comes preparing GmbH and UG incorporations and our seminars.

What we stand for
Bookkeeping is often treated as a necessary evil – something that has to get done so the tax office stays quiet. We see it differently. Bookkeeping that is up to date tells you every month whether your business is working. It is the most honest tool a business owner has.
What sets us apart
We also take on the clients others turn down: the bookkeeping that has been left untouched for two years. The business where nobody knows anymore which receipt is where. The company that has just received a letter from the tax office that nobody can make sense of. In situations like this we do what has to happen first anyway: we sort the documents, post the backlog, and create an overview you can rely on.
That is our real strength. Routine bookkeeping is a craft many people master. Turning a mess that has grown over years back into organised, traceable bookkeeping is a different task. That is exactly what experience is for.

We have supported businesses in trades, care, hospitality and staffing services. We have untangled bookkeeping that nobody else wanted to touch anymore, and pulled together documents for audits that had already been announced. The cases worrying you right now, we have generally seen before.
We grow with our clients
Many of the businesses we support today were very small at their first appointment. Some of them now have employees, several locations or a second company. We take on small businesses deliberately – not as an exception, but because they become our best clients.
Personal support
With us you have a fixed point of contact who knows your business. No holding queue, no case number. Anyone who wants to come in gets an appointment in our meeting room – and we take the time for it. This closeness is the reason many clients have stayed with us from the very start.
Our network
We have worked closely with tax advisors and lawyers for years. That is not a marketing line but an established division of labour. On request, we coordinate the collaboration for you – and we only pass on documents with your approval.
Our office
Our office is in Berlin: around 100 square metres with our own meeting and training room. You can reach us by phone Monday to Thursday, 10am to 6pm. We keep Fridays free for in-person appointments: from 10am to 4pm on Fridays we take the time for meetings on site, by arrangement.
